There are many different kinds of coffee from a variety of regions. What gives them their different tastes is the altitude at which they are grown. There are two kinds of beans that are available in the stores and restaurants, the Aranica bean and the Robusta bean. The most saught after coffee bean is the Arabaca bean. It is a higher quality coffee because it is grown at a higher altitude. These beans grow slower, are less susceptible to diseases and therefore have a less bitter taste.
I feel like that is the way people grow as well. The higher altitude (closer to God) we live, the less susceptible to disease (sin) and we become less bitter. Do you need to change your altitude of living?
